So often we have friends call or email the foundation asking us for special prayers and of course we place each and everyone of them on our prayer list. But they also ask if there is a special prayer to say or something else they can do.

The answer is YES. Padre Pio told us to send him our guardian angels. So call upon your guardian angel, talk to him, ask him to take your message to Padre Pio and to ask him to intercede on your behalf. We can all do this and Padre Pio told us that we all have these special spirits watching over us!

Here is an old prayer that we can share with our children or grandchildren.

We all probably remember this one.

Padre Pio told us to "frequently invoke this kindhearted angel and to often repeat this

beautiful prayer:"

"Angel of God, my guardian dear,

to whom God's love

commits me here,

ever this day be at my side

to light and guard,

to rule and guide."
